By booking with FilmByNez or using this website, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair — not buried in legalese.

Services

FilmByNez provides sports photography and videography services in Orange County, CA and surrounding areas, including Media Day packages and Game Day coverage. All services are performed by Austin Nesbihal.

Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have agreed on a date, package, and any applicable deposit.
Pricing is as listed on the website. Custom packages are available and priced by agreement.
A travel fee of $0.60/mile applies to locations outside Orange County.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible at austinnesbihal@gmail.com. Specific cancellation terms will be discussed at the time of booking. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Delivery

Edited photos and videos are delivered within 7 days of the shoot via Google Drive unless otherwise agreed. Rush delivery may be available — ask at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

FilmByNez retains copyright of all photographs and videos produced. Clients receive a license to use the delivered images and videos for personal and team use, including social media and print. Commercial use or resale requires prior written permission.

FilmByNez may use select images for portfolio purposes on social media and this website. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, please notify us before or at the time of your shoot.

Liability

FilmByNez will make every effort to capture the best possible content at every event. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or other issues beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund of amounts paid for the affected service.

Website Use

The AI chat assistant on this site is provided for informational purposes. Responses from the AI are not guaranteed to be complete or fully accurate — always confirm details directly with us before booking. The AI will always identify itself as an AI and will direct you to austinnesbihal@gmail.com for questions it cannot confidently answer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be on this page with a "last updated" date at the top.
