FilmByNez is a small, local sports photography business based in Orange County, CA. This privacy policy is straightforward because we collect very little data and never sell it.
We only collect information you voluntarily give us:
We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or track you across other websites.
Any information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss booking a shoot, and deliver your photos or videos. We do not use your information for marketing, analytics profiling, or any other purpose.
This site uses only strictly necessary cookies — small files that allow the site to function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
This site is hosted on standard web infrastructure. The AI chat assistant is powered by Cloudflare Workers AI, which processes messages to generate responses. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing. We use Google Fonts for typography, which may load font files from Google's servers.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking services.
Photos and videos we capture of you or your athletes are delivered via Google Drive. We may occasionally share select images on our Instagram (@filmbynez) for portfolio purposes. If you prefer your images not be shared publicly, just let us know and we will honor that request.
We retain contact and booking information only as long as needed to deliver your project and handle any follow-up questions. We do not maintain long-term databases of client information.
You can request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. Simply email austinnesbihal@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
